As we were departing Sutri, Cindy took this shot of where we stayed for the evening.
Our Lord has blessed us with lovely places to stay and very kind and helpful hostesses.
The Via Francigena on this segment, was relatively mild and took us through tranquil, back farm land, reminding us of Tennessee.
When we arrived at our destination for the evening, Monterosi, it too, was just beautiful.
Enjoyed dinner and had a nice evening. Today, will be our 5th day of this journey. Glad to get the stamp in Via Francigena “Passport”.
Today, our destination will be Formello.
Am still amazed at how well my ‘bionic’ knees are functioning. I’m reminded that a year ago, I could not walk and rode around on a little electric scooter. THANK YOU JESUS!
