During this season between missions, I find myself eager to get back out and continue the work. Yet, I sense our Lord gently reminding me to wait upon Him.
Cindy and I have been spending precious time together in our garden—planting, weeding, and enjoying the simple blessings that surround us.

I’ve come to realize again that gardening is good therapy… good for the soul. There is something peaceful about tending to what is growing, and trusting God to bring us a harvest in due time.

And I also know this: spending quiet, wonderful time waiting upon our Lord renews our strength.
So today, I am deeply thankful—thankful for this precious season with Him, and thankful for this lovely time with my sweetheart, Cindy.
And thank you for meandering down this road of life with me.
With gratitude,
Air Mobile Joe
