IT’S GOOD TO BE HOME!!

Cindy & I are SO BLESSED and SO GLAD to be HOME!! And, I must admit, it feels mighty good to be back in our own “time zone”! 😊

Looking back on our brief—but absolutely wonderful—journey to Hawaii, celebrating with Sam was a pure JOY! After all those thousands of miles and all those time zones, we are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to be there with him and share those precious moments together.

Much of this whirlwind trip was made possible by cashing in some of our “Air Miles.” We were even able to convert many of those flight legs into FIRST CLASS!

And WOW—what a difference that made! ✈️

Traveling through all those time zones, while in cancer treatment, could have been exhausting. But those miles allowed us to make the journey much more comfortable, restful and enjoyable.

More than anything, though, we came home with something far more valuable than First Class seats…

WE CAME HOME WITH WONDERFUL MEMORIES!

Life is made up of moments. Some are difficult. Some are exhausting. And some are absolutely beautiful.

We are learning to treasure EVERY ONE OF THEM…ONE DAY AT A TIME.

And now, we’re HOME AGAIN! ❤️

Well, it’s time to head to church.
