FEAR NOT!

This morning, I woke up with this Scripture, I John 4:4, on my heart.

OK, I’ll admit it. I am dealing with some measure of fear.

I’m not SUCCUMBING to it, but I am DEALING with it—and I am dealing with it through Scripture.

There is no better verse for this moment than I John 4:4:

“GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU, THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD.”

Then, I picked up the phone and called my dear friend, Joe Polozola, one of my all-time best friends. Joe is the man who introduced me to Jesus 55 years ago.

The first words out of his mouth had to do with fear—and specifically…

FEAR NOT!

Thank you for that encouragement, Joe!

Isn’t it amazing how our Lord can use the people He has placed in our lives to remind us of what we already know?

So, as we go through this beautiful day that our Lord has made, I am going to keep reminding myself:

FEAR NOT!

Whatever we may be facing today, whatever uncertainties may lie ahead, we do not face them alone.

GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD!

May I encourage you today to hold tightly to that truth.

FEAR NOT!

And, as always, THANK YOU for your faithful prayers, love and support. They mean more to me than I can adequately express.
