After church today, Cindy and I will take a short ride to see Barbara Walker, also known at “The Lady in the Blue Dress”.  

Barb is a legend.  One of her “claims to fame is…having rescued over 3,000 children, mainly in Haiti”.  Among her “rescuees” is Ariana & Juliet (AKA Venette).

This shot was taken in Haiti, at her Village, several years ago.  Notice, all of the buildings are painted Blue, along with her dress.

To say that we love Barbara, would be an understatement.  Her courage and wisdom and strength is truly legendary and a gift from God!
