10-3-25 Friday 11:34 AM ( South Africa Time) -Air Mobile on the Move – Flew from Rome, Italy to Cairo, Egypt then to Johannesburg, South Africa- Report submitted by Air Mobile Joe
Yesterday was a full flight day. First from Rome to Cairo and then to Johannesburg, South Africa. Had a long lay-over in Cairo.
We arrived in South Africa early this morning tired and have sore feet from our epic Pilgrimage of 109 miles by foot.
Cindy captured this shot of the wing of our aircraft when we landed in Cairo. There was a bit of a sand storm going.
We were reminded of how the Bible tells how Joseph took Mary and Baby Jesus to Egypt to escape the deadly hand of Herod. Just a thought.
We then made the long flight from Cairo to Johannesburg.
We’re awaiting our son, Peter, to arrive in Johannesburg. He’ll be joining the wedding party.
Also, he is bringing in the the 3 Air Mobile Rescuers that we will be deploying to MOSAIC, an organization that rescues children and needs clean water.
More on that later. We’re looking forward to celebrating the wedding of Garrett & Genique tomorrow.
