Yesterday morning in FL, we bid farewell to Peter and Ariana and we hit the road heading home.
At about the halfway point, we pulled into the Orangeburg, SC Hampton Inn. We usually stay here. They give us a good price.
We’ve got about 5 hours until we pull up to our sweet “Retreat Cabin”.
We thoroughly enjoyed our FL getaway spending time with Peter & Ariana and enjoyed the beautiful beach & ocean.
Cindy and I are THANKFUL for a clean & comfortable place to take a break at about the half-way point.
I know that I mention this from time to time, but it bears repeating… America is a wonderful place to live. We have wonderful roads and so many places to rest and have a wonderful road-trip home.
So, it’s to time to do this final leg home..to our critters and our beloved “Retreat Cabin”.
