Yesterday evening, Cindy and I joined in the Surprise 70th Birthday Party for our dear friend, Tom Spina.

We were neighbors with Tom & Paula for many years and so love this precious family. What a joy & privilege to Celebrate with them!

Meanwhile, we’re just enjoying this glorious view and close contact to the ocean in this lovely Condo loaned to us by our very dear friends, Steve & Millie Badolato.
