AN EXTRAORDINARY DAY AT THE “TOPSFIELD FAIR”!

Folks… these people in New England sure know how to put on a FAIR! All I can say is… WOW!

From the Ferris wheel to the Flying Wallendas, the famous pig races, and an incredible variety of amazing food, we had a MARVELOUS day at the Topsfield Fair!

And then there were the COLORS!

The fall leaves are bursting forth in glorious shades of red, orange, and gold, making the scenery along the way absolutely breathtaking. What a beautiful time of year to be in New England!

You know, there are times when we need to stop—or at least slow down—and take time to smell the roses. In this case, it’s time to pause, look around, and soak in the magnificent beauty of God’s creation.

Today, we’re heading out again to discover more of those glorious fall colors. Perhaps we’ll find a hiking trail or stop at one of the well-known restaurants along the way. Whatever we do, we’re looking forward to another wonderful day!

Sometimes, even when there is important work to be done, we need to pause and appreciate the blessings right in front of us.

We’ll be back on the “Mission” soon enough! But for now, we’re going to embrace this special time with family, enjoy the beauty around us, and give thanks to the Lord for these precious moments.
