This time of “Standing-By” here at our sweet “Retreat Cabin” is wonderful.
We know that it is just a matter of time before we head out on a another mission…but this time of rest and joy at home is simply glorious.
One of my great joys is putting the little Christmas Village together with the $19.99 train sets.
As I’ve gotten older, I seem to enjoy this little Christmas Village even more with each passing year. Must have been something missing in my childhood, and making up for it, as I get older.
Well, it’s time to go tend to our critters and throw another log in the old wood stove.
