While here at our beloved “Retreat Cabin”, my mind and heart goes back to where I just was…in Myanmar.
The desperate plight of those who have lost everything in the recent, powerful earthquake that struck Myanmar and killed thousands & injured thousands more, weighs heavily upon my heart.
I’m grateful for the help we have been able to give but…so much more needs to be done.
As you may know, we launched this “Mission” largely unfunded. The truth is, I put this “mission” on my credit card.

Meanwhile, here at our little farm, life goes on.
I’m not exactly sure when we fell in love with ducks. But now, we are there. They are hilarious and so much fun to watch.
We are incubating a flock of baby ducks now. It is such an amazing picture of instincts and nature at work.
To add to the beauty and wonder, we get delicious and healthful eggs.
With the price of eggs today, this is a good time to venture into this market.
